Yesterday a stray dog came and licked me on my lower chin.I can see no bruises and cuts.Do i need to get vaccined?? The dog was friendly and showed no sign of rabies also.The dog also had a cut on its left ear and i heard somewhere that it is the work of goverment who sterilized the dog ,is it true?
