RABIES QUERY FOR HUMAN
I was standing near a dog, and it seemed to be acting strangely, possibly choking or sneezing. I'm not entirely sure, but it was noticeable. Although its face wasn't directly towards me when it attempted to sneeze/choke, I have eczema on my leg, which might have open wounds. Could there be a risk of rabies transmission through the air if its saliva came into contact with my eczema while it was choking or sneezing? I'm worried about this and would appreciate an explanation. (I am not sure what was happening to that dog).

Rabies will not spread by aerosols. It can only get transmitted via bite wound or direct contact of fresh saliva in a bleeding wound. In your cause, both were not there. Hence, there is no need to worry.

This is not a means of rabies transmission, sir. Please be assured you are not exposed to the said virus. However, general hygiene practices must be practiced here. Please clean the area thoroughly with an  antiseptic.

Rabies isn't spread through airborne droplets because the virus is too delicate to survive in the air. It's deactivated by sunlight and UV radiation, so there's no need to worry.
Next Steps
However, as a precaution, always clean any suspected area with an antiseptic like betadine or dettol to eliminate all pathogens.
