Rabies booster required Day 0 and Day 3
Doctor my niece's 4 dose intradermal Anti Rabies Vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 from government hospital along with TT on Day 0 she took her Last 4th Day 28 Vaccine on 1st March 2023 but today on 23rd March A Street Cat Scratch her with Nails No Deep Wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should she need to take booster dose of Rabies vaccine Day 0 and Day 3 ?

No need to repeat for 90 days After 3 months, anytime such incident happens then 2 doses to be given

Hi First of all do proper wound cleaning atleast for 15min in running tap water with soap And then visit nearby clinic for assessment of wound and category of bite And further management Usually within 3month of reexposure in a fully immunized Child  vaccination is not needed but that all depends upon condition of child
