Pain in the knee is not a reported side effect of Velroz. But Velroz causes Magnesium deficiency. And Calcium and Magnesium go hand in hand. You have to take PPI drugs for many days. You may change the molecule.

Rabeprazole doesn't cause knee pain per se but can cause generalized weakness. This may be a symptom of something else. Is it in both knees or just one sided? Proper history is needed. Consult for better management.
