Use of Rabeprazole dsr 20 mg capsule once in week for heartburn overs year can harm my body.. if it harm so what can i do for heartburn that occurs aleast once in weak or some time twice

Once or twice a week rabeprazole should not be a problem.
Take plain rabeprazole 20mg instead of rabeprazole DSR
