Quitting smoking symptoms
Hi sir, I had been smoking from last 10 yrs currently my age is 29 I quitted smoking 3 months back but there are several symptoms which I am experiencing such as dizziness/ anxiety /nausea as I am fighting with these all but sometime also feel that my heartbeat is fast so just wanted to consult do I need to take medicines or shall I naturally bear with the symptoms as sometime I am very much depressed about this please give a suggestion what shall I do

Hello . U r symptoms seem to be anxiety related. Please don’t bear with symptoms. There is definite cure for it. Firstly get a cardiac check up done to rule out Heart related causes. If everything is clear visit a psychiatrist for counselling and management for ur anxiety and depression
