It's difficult to detox on Opd basis esp when you are on high doses of medications. If you are very determined to stop few days of admission will help. It's a long term health plan. Meet a nearest psychiatrist so that a proper assessment can be done and management can be planned. He/she might even do Opd basis treatment depending on assessment. So get professional help
