I am addicted of gutkha and khaini Since 2005. Now I am married and don't want to use such dengerous things. Please suggest how I can quit such things i.e. Gutkha and Khaini

The most important thing that you have realised the fact that its hsrmful n you should not continue woth it.You can increase the duration of eating it.Donot keep stalk .if you eating it 20 times a day gradually  you can decrease. Go for dental cleaning.it will motivate  you to leave it.start eating something else like any mouth freshner.Or at once just make an public announcement that i m leaving it ..swear on infront of everyone..👍👍😊😊😊

When you say it in public you will have to maintsin it.Just go ahead and leave it..Take help of your wife..
