Question regarding Rabies

Asked for Male, 17 Years

So i got scratched by my Cat on my finger which is not that large,nor deep either, But just this afternoon it started to feel painful, i've washed it earlier of course. But when i was doing my costume, The wound on my finger started to get painful, Is it just normal? Or do i have rabies?
