How do you feel when people asks questions for free and when you ask them to take consultation they just ingore you. And then post another free question related with your previous answer?
Are people saving money or are they using your knowledge and generosity for free??

As doctors a good advice may be free is also part of professional ethics .. no harm in that .. then it’s left to the person choice to seek consultation or not .. it’s a market of professional.. patient choose the best of the best .. nothing to feel bad about it

Job of a doctor is selfless giving. Many have portrayed this prof as money minded. But you only have seen(judging from your question) that people come here ask questions we answer them and then they leave. Some of them can pay and some cannot. No worries. This is a knowledge sharing platform.
So I will be glad if I would help someone who is in need.
But it is not always possible to help all in same way.
Because there is no blanket treatment available for all age with all symptoms.
So sometimes need to know more information from patient.
We can not give any treatment or any guidance otherwise.
Every individual react to medicine in
different way.
We need to treat the patient in individualized treatment.

And
It is a nobal profession. we can not think about the fees always that we get from patient as like any other profession.
