My ear has swollen. Please help. From outside. Sometimes when I use cotton bud inside there is bit blood comes.

It's not very clear which part of the ear is swollen..as I assume it's pinna. ..then most commonly occur due to perichondritis.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment.
