I just found my sugar level is 95 (chked through one touch meter)...Is that report is trustworthy.

Glucometer readings needed to be interpreted with caution as the readings are not cent percent accurate. If you are obese or having symptoms of diabetes or have a strong family history of diabetes, then get yourself screened annually.
