Wanted to know when does the foreskin of a boy's private parts start separating.
My boy is 3y 10m old and it is still intact, not separated.. other than this no issues/infections/pain/itch.

Daily retract prepuce skin and clean white part ...do it gently....skin will retract completely in a month...

Foreskin of penis separates gradually and naturally with time and complete ly gets apart with full retraction by age 4-5 years , vary from child to child .
Don't need to retract forcefully,just clean daily the part by putting foreskin back as much it gets back.
Consult your pediatrician when foreskin get red swollen and have fungal infection.
