Can i conclude hiv negitve after one month of exposure results of hiv rna pcr dna test on 8th day and 32 day both are -ve and on 21st day std tests are -ve can i conlude with that results??? Please kindly respond any hiv specialist I am so much worried.

Hiv RNA is very sensitive and can catch upto as low as 100 copies of RNA . For more surety, you can repeat this at with p24 antigen and HIV antibodies at 28 days of exposure. You are in window period right now. Std tests other than these can miss your results.
