Hello, HIV antibodies test take atleast 3 months to produce after infection. Because antibodies are yet to be produced by body . P24 test is antigen ,which tests antigen on virus . which you can detect 1-2 weeks later. Mean of exposure is also important, it can be easily detected if transfer occur by blood transfusion . Consult physician and discuss on this.
