Hello Doctor,
I have a doubt on whether the diet of mother affects the mother's milk while breastfeeding? Like if I eat anything gassy, my baby will develop gas? My gynaecologist n paediatrician told me to eat everything except for beverages. But my family insists on eating only bland foods. Please advise.
