Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hi, my baby is 6 months old. She got severe cold n cough and we wr giving her ashtakind and hicope drops but dint help much, we consulted some ohwr peditricion and she advised livolin 0.31mg and budecort for nebuliser with 2 ml nasal spray. My query is - are these medicinea safe for babies? As someone said these are for adults. Pls do guide
