Will the benefits decrease if i soak raisins and dates in warm water instead of normal water(I want to drink the water)?kindly Reply...

Soaking removes some anti nutrients in almonds ..but for raisins it's not required.

if you want can soak Raisins. But almonds , walnuts,  fig should be soaked but no need to soak dates.
