I have taken many medicines for depression and ocd amd none of them worked. Why no medication works ? How do I know medicine works or not ?

HAM-d scale for depression and ybocs for ocd.. Look what ur score before medicine and after medicine. Then u can know is medicine worked or not.

Well if ur symptoms reduce by 30 percentage after 6 weeks of treat means it’s working . Not single medication or all medication together can not achieve 100 percentage remission in some cases . Try to learn CBT
