Keratoconus is progressive
High astigmatism occur in late stages which will be difficult to manage with glasses and contact lens
Meanwhile we need to see the cause for it
If associated with allergy we should treat and avoid rubbing of eyes which will slow progression and sometimes keratoconus will remain mild
