Query about ALT level
I've recently done my HB,TC,DC, platelet count and SGPT/ALT test and here are the results. Now I can see my ALT level is very high.Is it bad for my level.I'm on medication as I'm suffering from SLE.I take NEXPRO40,Predinosolone+wysolone(25(Day)+20(Night),Calten and HCQS-400 and MycosanM500.Can the ALT level be high due to the medicine or should I be more careful about my liver?

Consult  your treating doctor, however I m not able to see your ALT report in picture,. This high ALT  can be due to medicine or disease itself. So your doctor will adjust the  medication and will advise you for further investigations

Well meds can cause it, or SLE itself Start tab. ursocol 300 mg once a day and repeat your LFT after 2 weeks... If there is an improvement,  u continue that.. if not.. consult your doctor or any physician
