My adhd symtopms is gone after having a methylphendate prescribed by doctor
but still feel like
That there is still problem exist me which is not related to ADHD like confusion in thought,remembering anything ,slowly give response to anything like I have to put effort to do anything since,I am diagnosed with ADHD and having methylephenidate but still these symptoms is not gone yet.. these symptoms I am just sufferring from 2 years as I was get upset socially by the people in 2019 like I have no one in this world becoz its really difficult for me to make friends.but now behaviour is controlled.but still feel like my mind is not working properly like it is quite blocked in some way.is there other any problem is in me along with ADHD

There is no problem in you.
You are comparing your processing speed with others. Don't do that.
Your perception works differently that's it. You can train yourself . And mostly people with adhd process something faster then others and somethings slower then others.
Relax and experience the world with your eyes. Don't borrow someone else's vision.
And focus on your strength.
