Hi, I have tested positive for pregnancy using upt. Cam you please tell me what care should I take in first trimester? Can i travel by road in car ? What food should i take ?

Travelling is not recommended. Don't eat papaya. Eat balanced diet ie carb protein and fat   .. And fibres too. Don't strain while defecation  Do usg and take gynecology opinion sooner
