Pv spotting during period
For the 1st time my period flow is very inadequate and it's just discharge red color spotting. But last month got normal period.

Nothing to worry this may be due to hormonal imbalance, wait for 2to3daya your flow may increase,if not please do urine pregnancy test if you are sexually active, follow healthy lifestyle take healthy balanced diet green vegetables salads and seasonal fruits avoid oily spicy and sugery food do regular exercises brisk walk avoid stress , you need to reduce weight ,if you want any help  please reach out
