  4. Puss stool. That he gets rid from this!

Respected, my son is suffering from puss stool he is 5 years old please tell me as how can i get rid from this as he is not eating his meal properly nor he take his breakfast proper he hardly takes half chapati and while eating in between he gets vomiting sensations Please tell me what to give him in this situation so that he gets rid from this
