Puss on nose
My nose is large and when i press it puss comes out.I have had it for long time and tried treatments and it never goes away completely. What should i do?

Greetings . you probably have hypersecretory sebaceous glands. This may sometimes occur in patients with rosaceous skin type. You will benefit by using a salicylic acid based face wash for regular user along with a topical retinoid cream at night to reduce the oil secretion. See a qualified dermatologist in your city.
