Puss in penis and infertility
I do not have erection and from couple of days I am having puss ejected from penis.
There is no pain but slight irritation and puss is ejected only wen force is applied on penis
Urine is fine and there is no problem in urination
Mainly there is no erection or sperm production

You probably have severe urinary tract infection or else pus would not come out. Get tested properly with urine routine and urine culture and sensitivity
