Pus under my foreskin

Sir I am 20 yrs old and on my penis it burns a lot when I pee... And even it pains a lot normally when it touches the jeans or being rubbed ... Today I noticed that there is a slight bump on the head of the penis and pulled the for skin back .it pained and when I complete ly pulled it back I saw under my forskin red. Coloured bump with white coloured smelly pus which was painful to touch....it is paining a lot now what to do...
