Penis friction burn(uncircumcised)
So Its been about 5 days that ive had a friction burn on the skin of my penis (note I am uncircumcised) the area is still irritated it doesn’t itch nor do I see any bumps but peeing is extremely painful as it burns and I have tried many lotions such as neosporin and a female antibacterial my girlfriend got me in case it was a UTI, and the problem still persists. It is literally debilitating, I have to walk with my hand in my pants because it burns when it touches anything. Help would be great.
