Pus filled pocket on gum!

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My 8 year old has a pus filled pocket on his gum above his front right top tooth, the baby tooth under that is very wiggly! He says it is sore it looks quiet yellow, I thought it was his adult tooth growing awkwardly!
