Pus filled bumps

Pus filled bumps

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have got few pus filled bumps on my leg yesterday. I just applied coconut oil on legs. I don't know how they erupted. I also have few red spots or scars left on my leg due to ingrown hair. Is there any skin cream to treat both. I have used skinlite 3 weeks ago. Please find more photos to see the affected area.
