  4. Pus cells. Or something to worry about?

I am 2 months pregnant. I got one day high fever of 100.9 and I did CBC test and urine test and it was mention pus cell is 6-8 and epithelial cell is 8-10 . Is it normal? Or something to worry about? Is it safe to take medicine Ceftum 250 mg
