Pus below navel

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have a pus just below my navel from past 15 days. Yellow Liquid and sometimes blood comes through it.I used to wipe it with towel thinking it will end up or might be some seasonal infection but its not ending.Though it doesn't hurt.But still I am a bit scared now.What to do??
