Pupura and Yeast Infection
In 2022 I had recurring yeast infections and pupura, but it got treated with multivitamins and medications. I read somewhere that these can be symptoms of HIV infection as well. I am all fine now since the past 2 years, but is this a matter of concern should I get tested?

Yes you should get the HIV status tested to clear the doubt. But recurrent Infection of genital area indicates definately some reason like Diabetes, resistant organism etc
Next Steps
