In 2022 I had recurring yeast infections and pupura, but it got treated with multivitamins and medications. I read somewhere that these can be symptoms of HIV infection as well. I am all fine now since the past 2 years, but is this a matter of concern should I get tested?

Yes you should get the HIV status tested to clear the doubt. But recurrent Infection of genital area indicates definately some reason like Diabetes, resistant organism etc

Yes u can get tested... But any immunocompromised state can lead to these infections other than hiv... So don't worry... Just to be on a safer side u can get urself tested
