Pumpkinseeds  are best sources of potassium, magnesium ,protein, fibre and healthy fats ,antioxidants  ,Bcomplex vitamins ,zinc,calcium & iron.pumpkin seeds  can definitely  improve skin health .

Dry the pumpkin seeds separated from pulp,and store it. Peel off the upper thick skin of the seed and eat it .It is very palatable and healthy.
