Pulsing sensation down below

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I am 20 years nd having this problem from past 2 months. I have a constant urge too nd specially at nights nd having a pulsing/throbbing freling down below.i am very stressed due to this and unable to concentrate too due to this. It's not a UTI infection as i had a test for it and it was negative Please help if you have any information regarding this.
