No self medication for heart issues please. Ideally you should be seen by a General Physician in your area who can examine you Fully. Or else, you may consult a General Physician on Practo , with the details like your BP, pulse, temperature,  oxygen concentration, respiratory rate. And also if you are taking any medicine.

Heart increases in response to Infection, fever, stress, etc. The heart rate rise you have recorded is mostly when you had temperature hike as well. This will come down as your fever and infection settles.
Next Steps
Do not take betacap. Tepid water fomentation, antipyretic analgesic medication for fever. Drink plenty of water. stay well hydrated.
Health Tips
consult for further in detailed management.
