Pulse rate
In oximeter my pulse rate is going upto 128...when i sit its around 86-99...what should i do...to normalize

Pulse at rest is normal. And 128 rate if it is during exertion no need to worry . It's normal physiology.
Next Steps
if your heart is going beyond 100 at rest please consult and take ECG
