Pulse feeling in one ear
I have a feeling of pulse like rhythm beating inside my left ear since 5 days. It comes and goes on its own. There is no pain and ear is not blocked either. What is the problem. Pls suggest

It could be just normal feeling of your arterial pulsation.. Please get your blood pressure checked.. If everything is normal then you can maybe take a a hearing test done for further evaluation and treatment
