Pulsating veins left temp
Hello sir I have been feeling this for 2 years , i can feel my pulsating veins in the left temple of brain above the ear and behind the ear It is strange type of pain , we cant say it headache, bcz it is not in the entire brain , i feel it only in 2 or 3 veins in my left part of brain and an urge to grind my teeth And they are not so painful but disturbing, i can feel the pulsating veins , generally it happens in morning time From 10 days i am taking escitalopram for depression But i was feeling this pulsating veins from 2 years ago Is it normal or critical ?? What kind of test should i do for this ??

seems like migraine type headache,  it does not always involves whole head
