Loud pulsating sound in left ear for over a month. Feels like I can hear my heart beat inside my ear and my blood gushing through my ear. This is only affecting my left ear at present, the pulsating sensation speed increases when I am stressed or panicking. When I am relaxed, the pulsating sound is like a normal heartbeat, but loud in left ear. How do I get to stop it because the sound is annoying.
