From today morning it happens less...but from evening it continuously pulsating. What to do any serious issue?

Pulsating headache could be due to dehydration , vascular headaches or inflammatory condition.If it's an sudden onset , check your BP ,take OTC medicine if not relieved consult with a physician in your area.
