I am on eliques 5 mg twice a day. Is there an alternative drug as eliques is an expensive drug and I have to take it for a long time.

You can be taken on warfarin, but then your dose needs to be adjusted,will have to get repeated blood test of PT/INR. Will have to keep INR between 2-3, which is sometimes not easy.
With eliques you don't need any blood test, no monitoring
