Pulled muscle, skin tender and painful.
I think I may have pulled a muscle in my side, but my skin also hurts. I'm experiencing tenderness, painful to touch, as well as slight numbness and burning. I think it might have been due to the pulled muscle pressing on a nerve or something, but I'm not sure. There is no visual signs of trauma. There is no bruising, redness, or rash of any kind. This is been going on for 4 days. What could this be?
