Puffy eyes
My eye have been staying puffy since a week. I get a itchy sensation and my eyelids have become dry and the skin is loosening. What to do?

It may be due allergic reaction to some cosmetic you are using ,discontinue it&use cetaphil moisturing cream around your eyes once during day time but if not getting relief, consult dermatologist (M D or DNB Dermatogy),with regards Dr Arjun kr Singh Patna.

Regarding itching of eyes...
This is due to allergy
Try
A. Aboid rubbing eyes
B. Cold compresses
C. Use epitane eyedrop twice daily
D. Use lubricating eyedrop frequently
