Hello, I have puffy eyes. It's been two years and it's not going better. Please suggest some fast and good treatment for this. Pfa attached my picture.

skin of your lids have  gone loose due to which  retrobulbar fat is trying to protrude out. please rub ocupol dx eye oint twice daily on lids. starting from outer to inner side with  little pressure.
