Pudendal neuralgia
Hello doctors, I am having pain in my penis. My urine report both culture and routine are normal. Ultrasound doesn't show any stone in bladder but there is 2mm stone in left kidney. I have taken antibiotics but it was good until I tool it. I showed myself to other doctor urologist he suggested I am total fine I should meet anesthetic aur neurologist doctor who can help me as it pain in the nerve. When I met neurologist he didn't checked but asked for condition which are pain in penis area only sometime more in evening or when I feel like urinating it increases. He suggested I am having uncommon disease pudendal neuralgia in which this never become hyper sensitive. He suggested he can give injection which will I'll ease it's pressure na reduce pain and chances are 90 %or more. I am worried should I go for this treatment or not

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Since urologist has already saif that there is nothing wrong. If neurologist feels its something which needs treatment, then you should go ahead if you want releif. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
