Pudendal Neuralgia
I have pin and needles like pain in perineum area . and pain moves from one side to another and i can feel something like a nerve stretching inside and pain is relieved while sitting on toilet seat.. and pain progresses with the day.. i think excessive bike riding has caused this.. pls suggest treatment or specialist?
