Hey, i am an introvert . I have huge fear in public speaking even in front of 3 people. Initially when I was forced to give a presentation i thought it will be normal after some presentation but the anxiety and the shivering while speaking in public has not stopped even after more than 10 public speech i am not able to speak normally because of this i lost my carrier,interest in life ..Is there any oral medication for my problem

There are ssri s like paroxetine, esciralopram to improve social anxiety. B blockers also help. But it has to be prescribed by a psychiatrist. Also you should undergo therapy to improve confidence in public speaking. The results of treatment are excellent.
