Just exercising (run) daily along with abdominal muscles focused Yoga...will justify your case. Why do you need a bariatric surgeon at an early age..? Homeopathic medicines along with a diet will help you. You need an expert Homeopathic physician asap.

If your concern is that suprapubic/pubic fat is making the penis look shorter, seeing a urologist/andrologist experienced in adult acquired buried or concealed penis is the right starting point. The goal is to determine whether fat is actually concealing part of the shaft or whether the concern is primarily about intrinsic penile length. Suprapubic fat removal can sometimes increase the visible/exposed length of the penis, but it does not actually lengthen the penile tissue. Procedures range from liposuction/lipoplasty to suprapubic lipectomy or escutcheonectomy in more substantial cases. The 2026 EAU guideline recognizes these procedures for adult acquired buried penis, but recommends careful counselling because surgery has meaningful complications and should preferably be performed in experienced/high-volume centres. Weight reduction is also specifically recommended before surgery when appropriate.
Next Steps
I would not directly book a cosmetic fat-removal procedure solely based on penis measurements. First have a urologist examine you and measure the penis properly, including stretched penile length and the amount of shaft concealed by suprapubic tissue. If there is significant concealed/buried penis, surgery may be reasonable; if the penis is anatomically normal and the concern is mainly perceived shortness, surgery may provide little benefit. Surgical risks include wound problems, infection, hematoma/seroma, altered sensation and recurrence/re-burying of the penis.
Health Tips
If you are overweight, gradual weight reduction can itself expose more of the penile shaft and may reduce the need for surgery. Avoid unregulated penis-enlargement procedures, injections or devices. Also, don't assume that removing the fat pad will turn a 3.5–4 inch penis into a substantially longer penis—it mainly reveals length that is already present but concealed. Thank you
